About us
Maison Owlaris, outdoor concierge.
Maison Owlaris is based in Steenvoorde (Nord, France). We maintain, prepare and enhance the outdoor areas of homes, estates, businesses and reception venues, all over Hauts-de-France.
What we do
An outdoor concierge, what is it?
It is a service that takes care of everything outside: roof, façade, terrace, driveways, garden. Instead of calling several tradespeople, you have one single contact.
We come just once when you need us, or on an ongoing basis with the monthly or annual concierge plan. We also prepare venues before a reception and offer equipment hire with our partners.

Our commitments
What matters to us.
We protect your materials
We adapt the cleaning to each material, so that nothing is damaged.
We leave everything clean
We protect the surroundings and take our waste away with us.
We adapt to you
A single visit or maintenance all year round: you decide.
How we work
The right tool for every surface.
Depending on the height and material, we work from the ground, with poles or by drone.
The drone, for heights
For a roof or a façade that is hard to reach, the drone avoids scaffolding. We only use it when it is suitable and permitted.
Poles
Long poles let us reach the top of walls while staying on the ground.
Ground equipment
Cleaners, brushes and machines suited to each material, to clean without damaging.
Who for?
Private individuals and businesses.
We work throughout Hauts-de-France, mainly on the Opal Coast and between Le Touquet, Dunkirk, Lille and Béthune.
