1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the owlaris.fr website, published by OWLARIS under the trading name Maison Owlaris (see the legal notice). By browsing the website, you accept them. They do not replace the terms of each quote, which govern the services.

2. Access to the website

The website is accessible free of charge, without registration. We do what is necessary to keep it available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or in the event of a fault, without this engaging our liability.

3. Information and prices

The descriptions, photos and any prices published are given for guidance only. Nothing is sold or paid for on the website. Each service or hire is subject to a prior, no-obligation quote setting out its content, its price including all taxes, its timescales and its terms; the contract is only formed when this quote is signed. Consumers benefit from the right of withdrawal where the law provides for it.

4. Forms

The forms are used to request a quote, a call back or information. Please give accurate information about yourself and do not use them to send advertising, unlawful content or another person's contact details without their consent. Automated submissions are filtered. How your information is used is explained on the Privacy page.

5. Intellectual property

The texts, photographs, logos and graphic elements of the website belong to Maison Owlaris or to their authors. Any reproduction, even partial, requires our written consent. Our partners' brands and logos remain their property.

6. Links

Links to other websites are provided for your information; we are not responsible for their content. You may create a link to owlaris.fr, provided that you do not suggest a partnership or present the website in a misleading way.

7. Liability

We take care to ensure the accuracy of the information published but cannot guarantee that it is free from errors. The advice in the “Our advice” section is general and does not replace the opinion of a professional on site. We cannot be held liable for damage resulting from use of the website that does not comply with these terms.

9. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer living in Belgium, Switzerland or another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of your country of residence. In the event of a disagreement, please write to us first: contact@owlaris.fr. Consumers can then use the consumer mediator free of charge; for a dispute with a consumer from another European country, the European Consumer Centre (europe-consommateurs.eu) can also help you. Failing agreement, the competent courts are those designated by law.
