How does monthly maintenance work?
We come to see your outdoor space and agree together on what needs doing. Maison Owlaris then visits every month, on a regular date, and adapts the work to the season: you never have to call us back. Extra visits are possible in the high season.
What does the maintenance subscription include?
Everything we do, as you choose: mowing, hedge trimming, weeding, cleaning terraces, driveways and access areas, wooden decks, roof moss removal and treatment, façade cleaning. You only take what your home needs.
How much does monthly maintenance cost?
The price depends on the area and what is included in each visit. We send you a quote on request, with no obligation, after seeing your outdoor space. The terms are set out in the quote.
Do I need to be there during visits?
No. We agree once and for all on access to the outdoor areas, then we work even when you are away, which also suits second homes and holiday cottages.
Do you work for businesses and apartment buildings?
Yes: companies, shops, hotels, estates, property managers and apartment buildings, with a schedule suited to how busy the site is.
Where do you offer monthly maintenance?
We work throughout Hauts-de-France, mainly on the Opal Coast and between Le Touquet, Dunkirk, Lille and Béthune. Our base is in Steenvoorde.
