When should the venue be prepared before a wedding?
The schedule depends on the venue and the installation of the structures. Generally, green space maintenance is done a few days before, and cleaning of access areas and terraces just before the tents go up. We agree it with you.
Can you coordinate the tents and equipment?
Yes. We work with MSR — Marée Sonore Rental and Above & Beyond for stretch tents, sound systems and equipment, and we coordinate with them: you have one single contact.
Do you work after the event?
Yes, we clean and restore the venue after the reception.
Do you work for estates and châteaux that host events regularly?
Yes: preparation before each event, and ongoing maintenance of the outdoor areas all year round with the annual concierge plan.
Where do you work for events?
We work throughout Hauts-de-France, mainly on the Opal Coast and between Le Touquet, Dunkirk, Lille and Béthune.
