What is an outdoor concierge?
It is a company that takes care of all the outdoor areas of a property: cleaning and maintenance of the roof, façades, terraces, driveways and garden, and preparation before a reception. Instead of calling several tradespeople, you have one single contact who organises everything.
What is the difference between the monthly plan and the annual plan?
The monthly plan includes a visit every month for routine maintenance. The annual plan goes further: we draw up a programme for the whole year, which also includes major maintenance such as roof moss removal, treatments or seasonal preparation.
Can I start with a single job?
Yes. You can start with roof or terrace cleaning, then trust us with regular maintenance if you are happy with the result.
How much does an outdoor concierge cost?
The price depends on the property, what you entrust to us and how often we visit. We come to see the property and send you a no-obligation proposal.
Do you work while we are away?
Yes. We agree once and for all on access to the outdoor areas, then we work even when you are not there: ideal for second homes, holiday cottages and properties that are rarely occupied.
Where do you offer the outdoor concierge service?
We work throughout Hauts-de-France, mainly on the Opal Coast and between Le Touquet, Dunkirk, Lille and Béthune. Our base is in Steenvoorde.
